*Standard $20 travel/set up fee plus mileage. Mileage is based on round trip distance from KMM residence, in Lexington, KY.

* A $100 fee if makeup start time is earlier than 7:00 am on the event date.

* A $300 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit due at the time of service agreement signing to hold the date. Date is not secured until service agreement is signed and deposit is received.
